What a disaster. This is suppose to be potato, corn and tuna patties. I'm not sure what I did wrong?

I bought a 10kg bag of organic potatoes for $6 and I'm getting stuck for potato recipes. What do you do with spuds?

So far I've done hash browns, shepards pies and these dismal patties. I'm going to try a potato casserole tomorrow.

Mmmmm, Potato bake? Or potato and leek soup.... yummmmm..... haven't tried dehydrating spuds but I guess that's a possibility... Good luck!

I like to make mock fish patties..

Grate your potatoes (not fine)

mix with an egg so you have a bit of gluggie slop..

grab a handfull and pop it in a fry pan :) all done ...

Here's a recipe for gnocchi that we all enjoy:

You could also use any type of sauce you enjoy with pasta and it will be very good!

Our kids also enjoy baked potatoes topped with bacon, cheese, corn and coleslaw as a meal. Very simple and filling.

I planted another 20 odd spuds today....have about 50 plants at various stages now. Lucky I love mock fish!
