The Hillbilly Housewife! Just what I needed to start the new year. I will posting my resolutions and plans for the new year soon but until then I'll be checking out all the cool stuff Susanne has compiled.
Susanne says "I am not a professional, and this is not a professional website. I have all of the distractions of any active, homeschooling mom and I will make mistakes." which I hope means that I will be able to manage most things as well. Frugal tips, budgeting, recipe and super cheap menu plans....just what I need PTL.

It's a great site isn't it.
Just in case you are interested the person who originally started that site has now moved to another domain to pursue her interest in more healthy eating on a budget. The recipes often have ingredients that cost a little more than Hillbilly housewife but overall the focus is on keeping the costs as low as possible.
