Sprung!

I have been wondering about Troy the turkey for some time now as he hasn't shown any interest in the ladies. This afternoon I noticed that he was performing a weird dance, at one point he stood one one leg, put his tail feathers on the ground and stamped madly with his other leg. I think I was possibly more excited than the girl turkeys!

I ran inside yelling

"Quick, Quick I think Troy is going to entertain the ladies!"

Jamie just looked at me the way he does when I get excited about things and suggested they might like some privacy.

I was supposed to be working on a door in the new lounge but I just couldn't resist. I quietly snuck out the back and crouched down behind a fence so Troy couldn't see me. I was being quite as a mouse as I watched this fascinating display. I didn't hear Jamie come out. I couldn't contain my enthusiasm any longer. I stood up to go and grab the camera when I saw that Jamie was happily snapping away. I thought that was great until I checked the photos! They were all of me! How embarrassing.....

Well after all that he didn't do anything! The girls ignored him and just walked off! I felt like I was at the football as I was cheering so hard! LOL
