This afternoon while I was resealing the soon to be aquaponics tank Paul and Kelly arrived! I don't think the farmer was anticipating my excitement as I nearly knocked him of his feet! I carried Kelly and the farmer carried Paul up to the shed I had set up for them. They are bigger than I imagined and Paul is missing some male essentials but just adorable! They are very dark almost black you can't really tell in the photo.
I really hope Paul and Kelly enjoy their life here on Gobbler's Run. They will get to play with all the chooks and turkeys and eat marshmallows till they pop! I am fighting the urge to run up the back just to give them a hug!

Paul & Kelly look gorgeous ~ no wonder you are resisting the urge to run outside and cuddle them!!!!
Being so excited to have new critters living there is a really good sign. I think Paul and Kelly will have a great life with you and although they look a bit hesitant in the photo, I'm sure they'll soon be roaming all over and be the happy little sheep they should be. Is your mum doing anything with the fleece?
I have some big plans for mum and the fleece! I hope she won't mind! She loves to spin and I remember from my childhood the relaxing sound of the spinning wheel, even now when I hear someone spinning I feel warm, safe and happy!
They are lovely Kristy! I wish I had room for a couple of sheep - I love spinning, although it has been years since I gave away my spinning wheel. They will have the most lovely coloured fleece. I love that dark chocolate colour. Is Kelly a girl?
Yep Kelly is a girl! But Paul is only half a man....If I decide to have babies (sheep) I'll have to find a ram somewhere for Kelly to get to know;)
They are beautiful Kirsty, have they had their hug yet? :-)
Hi Kirsty,
I mailed your package today. I had to laugh about the marshmellows. If you scroll through my blog you will see the post where I show Miss Candi eating marshmallows. She eats them 2 x a day with her daddy.
Hugs,
Elziabeth
