Jamie's Apricot tree is over flowing with yummy apricots! What else could I do but make some apricot jam. I love apricot jam!
I'm pretty messy so I always put a towel down before I start pouring LOL. It makes the clean up a bit easier.
Seven jars ready to give away and a big bowl in the fridge for me! (I ran out of jars) This afternoon I will bake some bread so I can enjoy some for supper. I will aslo be making some more soap so I will be having a very productive day!
Seems like I'm not the only one who like apricots!

Jam colour is FAB TAB:) A tip for you, keep the metal lids and screw them on while the jam is still hot. It'll vacuum seal (like bought jam jars) and the jam will stay fresher....
First summer in 9 years... I'm not making jam..sob
oh yummy ~ the jam is so scrumptious looking!!
Oh I love your sheep!
I made apricot jam too this year. Our tree failed us again, so I picked several bucketfuls from a local orchard. My first batch went very dark and carmalised. Do you have a recipe to share? My second batch had good colour, but was far too sweet. The soap I made gave me a rash too BTW...Can I come and live at your house so you can teach me how to do all this stuff?? LOL!
